working principle:

After flocculation reaction, the sewage enters the mixing zone and contacts with the dissolved air water. The flocs and the small bubbles in the dissolved air water are bonded with each other, and then enter the air flotation zone and float to the water surface with the small bubbles to form scum. After the clean water in the lower layer flows to the clean water tank through the water collector, a part of it flows back as the dissolved air water, and the remaining clean water flows out through the overflow port, The scum on the air flotation tank is scraped to the sludge tank by scraper and discharged.
