A: Yes, it's available. When your order is less than 1000 units, the customizable range will be language, outside logo, boot               screen logo and functions. If your order is more than 1000 units, the device appearance can be also customized.

A: Send new products to replace the failure units. (But customers must feedback us the pictures and videos to prove it's our         quality problem.)

A: Nope, but we can refund you the sample fee when you place the formal order.

Q6: How many days it will cost for preparing a sample?
A: Usually 3-5 days, because we need to consider about the weekend and shipping time from my company to shipper's                   warehouse.
