  it is a new technology for the oil extractor field in the big scale capacity . the ethanol and the leaft can be added from the hopper of the feeding unit ,so it can working running in the continous , also the equipments outside with the jacketed insulation layer ,that can make the machine keep the inside ethanol solution keep in the low temperature without the heat lost .also can save the energy and ethanol consumption .

The extraction tank is designed as a horizontal channel , and a push device is installed inside.material and fresh ethanol  solvent are fed into the channel quantitatively and moves continuously through the channel ,Both are cooled by the  chiller medium in the outer jacket of the channel during the extraction production process .The whole process is kept on the required extraction  production process temperatue.

Fresh cold ethanol solvent is pre-cooled and leaf material is prewetted before entering the channel . The extraction tank is divided into several stages: stage A-stage B  , stage A-stage  B-stage C. material running from stage A to stage C,while fresh solvent running from stage C to stage A. As the material and the solvent running in reverse direction, the active  ingredients of   material can be fully released, and the liquid phase (ethanol solvent) is kept to a minimum. When necessary, screw extruders can be installed between two extraction stages for a complete extraction.Length of the whole system depend on the Process time required for extraction.

In the different extraction stage, push devices are specially designed , so that the unit can be used to various herb materials. No matter the material is floating, suspending or settling, this unit can be applied.
The extraction channel is operated in normal pressure,while cooling jacket operated in a pressure of 1.5~3 bar .
