1 .product description
      SY-4216 is a type  of water-based emulsion defoamer  which composed by   long-chain aliphatic  alcohols and their acid derivatives .   It inhibit s the formation of foam within the  latex  of s tyrene-butadiene, pure acrylic, styrene -a crylic, ethylene   polyvinyl acetate ; It can also control  the foam caused by water-based systems  such as poly v inyl alcohol  or adhesives.  With the advantages of small  dosage, long lasting  and good compatibility , it is suitable  for coatings , latex es , adhesives and other water -based  system s.

4.Method of use
SY-4216 defoamer can be added in the stage of coating mixing, and also can be added in the storage pipe which transfer the coating to the coating machine.  The additive amount  is 0.1%~0.3% of the coating,   according to specific effect of foam control.
5.Precautions
In case freez ing  t a k es  place during transportation or  storag e , the defoamer should be defrost  naturally   and stirred well  before use.
6.Packaging and Storage
Use 200kgs, 1000kgs or negotiated packages. Seal and stock under room temperature, keep away from light. Avoid exposed to extreme cold or hot environment. Shelf life is 1 year.
7.Safety
Avoid contact with eyes or  respiratory system ;   W ash the contacting site with lots of clear water ; take a medical care  if the situation is serious.
